Stage One: Initial Site Work

• Customer consultation
  Includes phone discussion about vision and goals.

• Email inspiration pictures and other information to builder.

• Personal site visit with customer.
  Purpose is to understand and see the customer’s vision at the site location and to assess best placement of structure(s).

• Proposals returned to customer for logical next steps.
  Includes:
  Cost analysis for a detailed site plan.
  Cost analysis/estimate for proposed building plan and samples of home styles.

Stage Two: Initial Home Design

• Proposal for Total Construction Design

Stage Three: Interior Design/Selections

• All major selection choices required for proper estimation.

• Selection design services provided in house.

Stage Four: Contract Completion

• Review contract documents for signature

Stage Five: Construction Begins

• Regularly scheduled on-site visits

Stage Six: Home Completion

• Customer inspection

• Home introduction

• Move in
